So, I found a shop locally that some other rover owners recommend.
According to them - they wouldn't touch the differentials right now, a minute bit of play at the front pinion, and just a little bit of noise.
I looked at the paperwork from the land rover dealer. When i made the appointment - I said I wanted them to look at it because I heard a whine from up front - their paperwork was written "Owner states they need new differentials" so I feel like they were reaching a bit there.. I really didn't think it was bad enough to replace..
They did mention that my rear outer CV Boot is open
Electrical Connection on the trans is leaking a bit
and I have some bolts missing from one of the skid plates.
all in all, I think the Dealership had me amped up over nothing.
