I found a very inexpensive solution for the summer. Elmers Black Foam PosterBoard purchased at Target for about $6. Had to trim the front and middle slightly, just open the shade, insert the foam board, close the shade. There is a slight gap on the sides, as the sunroof is slightly wider than the width of the foam, one could spice 2 boards together and join them with tape on the top side, so you couldn't see the tape. Anyhow we are approaching 100 here in OK, and this keeps the truck cooler.
