I got the track at a place that sells straps & tie down equipment for heavy trucks called DLD Truck Strap here in Phoenix. http://www.dldtruckstraps.com/ nice folks there & they will make custom length straps while you wait! Anyway, I think a 10' section was $40 + a couple bucks for each tie down ring. I used a sawzall to cut it, but a hack saw would work just fine. You will also need a drill for the mounting bolt holes, some fender washers to space the track up high enough so your rubber mat can slide under and longer bolts. Be sure to get fender washers (large outside diameter) to help support the side load you will be putting on the bolt.
