Hey..

I have been getting a lot of wind noise and when I checked the window I noticed it is slipping back down after it goes up.

The window shifts left to right and is clearly lose. Is this a simple fix by tightening the window in some way? It would seem easy to fix by removing door panel and tightening some bolts?

Is door panel; removal straight forward?

Thanks for the help

The door panel is constructed very well in my opinion & lends itself to R&R. I didn't break any clips when I removed mine (to glue speaker grills) & it all went back together perfectly.

The window issue is most likely a regulator - which is really a reduction gear box, usually with plastic gears. The gears eventually start to loose teeth and the window will cease to operate or become loose / crunchy.
