Series IIA Turn signal

I'm a first-time Land Rover (1969 SWB) owner. Drove a 1970 LWB in Britain for 3 years every day of the week, stopping in 1975 and then only on trips to the Orkneys. So I'm a little foggy on some details.

My IIA has a turn signal problem in that the right turn signal will light and stay on. The left one behaves normally. Is there a flasher unit (one of those 2/3 pronged things) that pulls out and if so where is it hidden?
