Woke up yesterday to a bone-chilling -29 F with a windchill of -40 F! Yikes! So glad I added a heated steering wheel to my 2008 LR3 HSE! Best MOD I ever did!

I woke up to that exact temperature yesterday, but i didnt get around to driving. How quick did the LR3 start in those conditions? And also did you put a thread on here about how you did it, i may want to look into that haha.

My LR3 started just fine. Although, the battery in it is only less than a year old. So that may play a big difference in how it starts.

I did put a thread here on how I did my steering wheel mod. Just do a search on it.

Probably won't be needing that here in Arizona where is was 98 degrees warmer than there yesterday. If anything I'd like to do a cooled wheel and seats mod for when it's 110 in the summer.
