Startup Issue

When I don't use my LR3 for a day or two I will get in it and the startup will be rough. To be more specific, it will fire up and the RMP's sail up fast like any normal start up and then the car will want to die. It will flutter around 0-200 RPM's wanting to shut off then just start to idle as normal. Then for the rest of the day and everyday after its fine, BUT if I DON'T drive it for a few days it's first start is like this..... Any suggestions...? Thanks

So how many miles on it, what octane gas are you using, when was it last tuned and do you have a check engine light on, if so what are the fault code numbers?

There is 65,000 mi. on it, 91 which is the highest in Utah, no check engine light, last I had any tuning done was the last service covered under the maintenance plan. Have not done the 60k service yet..
