Nice Find! It may actually be "the dogs ********". Can't wait to see the inside!

I guess it is not really a disguise if they are going to advertize "best4x4xfar" all over it. I guess they are trying to create some buzz heading into the Paris Auto show.

If this is in Britain, I wonder why it is left-hand drive?

Yes, there is hope! I personally have no use for the trimmed down hybrid SUVs.

We bought what I thought might be the last of the classic LR4 design in 2016. We have already put close to 80,000 adventure filled miles on it. Now it looks like we may have a future Land Rover replacement.

Fantastic news!

I HOPE this is not it - independent suspension UUURGH. Look at that back door! Fat mini clubman written all over it.

If this the new Defender you can take "Dogs" and "The" from your quotation marks.

The short wheel-base version is now running around

By now everyone's seen this, wonder if it changes anyone's thoughts either way. I think the headlights look odd but will probably get used to them. Love the diamond plate inserts in the hood. Love the wheels. Love the winch setup. I vote YES!

Not digging the diamond plate at all - to me it looks silly and forced but I think it will be part of an option package, so I am not too worried about it. Headlights are remarkably old-school when you consider how crazy car makers have gotten trying to make them seem flashy, or mean, or like a blowfish in the case of Toyota. They may be a hair too old-school when paired with the more modern designed front end. Overall I can live with this, but it does seem like a hodgepodge of original pieces forced back into the DC100 to make people happy. It's definately better than the DC-100, so I guess we need to call it a win from that persepective.
