Need help with HSE

I have a 2007 HSE supercharged with rear entertainment.How do i fix it so i can watch a dvd on the front screen. Everything shows up like it should have a picture but it does not.

Not while you are parked.

Try finding someone with Testbook and see if it is just a switch that needs checked.

Testbook = LR specific computer that programs the vehicle.

We just got this RR SC a few days ago and it seems that the DVD should play in front while parked and the engine off. I get a black screen.

You say it's because it's shut off for USA use?

I was able to get into my BMW's computer settings with a laptop and a custom made serial cable, is that possible on a LR? Is there a TESTBOOK application I can run on a laptop to do the same thing? I am a techie so I'd like to try it if it's available.
