How would you rate the quality of the service/sales departments compared to each other? When I visted both to look at some CPO's the VW dealer could have cared less I was there. All their "CPO" Touaregs were dirty inside and out..door dings..scratches, etc. At the LR dealer it was the polar... -

Thanks again. I thought there was a setting on the LR3 to have it go to access height? I take it that it is a manual thing and not automatic. You would need to lower it when you are ready to get out. Is that right? -

Did some more research and it seems that the LR3 gets the nod when compared to the Touareg from various reviews/tests. Also spoke to my Wife's cousin who owns roveraccesories.com and I am leaning much more towards the LR3 now. -

I have narrowed my choices down to the LR3 and the Touareg. Anybody own both and can comment? Each has its own qualities and very different driving dynamics. I feel as though the quality of service I would receive from the dealer would be in the LR3 favor. Thanks
