Clearing service light on 2006 LR3
I've got a 2006 LR3. I've changed the oil but determined I can't reset the maint. due warning on the instrument cluster. Does anybody know if I can reset it with a OBDII/CAN reader? Thanks.- BoulderGT3

Anyone over 100K?
Bad move IMO. I've got a 2006 SE with 28K that is flawless with the exception of a key position brain fart the dealer is working on. Needs nothing, has service included and warranty to 48K IIRC. The dealer spent two days and could replicate the problem. Brought the truck home and couldn't get the key out again. It is something to do with some RF or IR interference. Could be a shot between the eyes for the LR3.- BoulderGT3

The thing about this that is odd is that it feels like the key is going back to the 0 position. It just runs and can't be removed. Good suggestion. Yes my foot is on the brake but it doesn't need to be to take the key out. The brake interlock releases so you can shift out of park. Compliments of Audi legislation. The shift interlock sounds likely.- BoulderGT3

My 2006 LR3 has an intermitant problem with the ignition. Sometimes when I turn the key to the off position it does not turn the motor off nor does it let me remove the key. Jiggling the key somehow works but it doesn't feel like there is any slop in it. The truck has 24K on it. Any ideas...- BoulderGT3

LR3 makes "Worst of the Worst" used car list
The two dealers I've used in Boulder and Denver are sub par but I'm glad yours is good. It has such a huge impact on the ownership experience. No way three hours round trip is practical for me to have a daily driver worked on. I don't love anything that much.- BoulderGT3

I"d worry about access height screwing up the baseline geometry. I can visually see that camber changes so I'd think toe in/out would too. I'm very happy with the LR3 but I think it has only eoungh power for itself. There are no easy gains to be had with the LR3 motor as it is pretty well tuned out of the box. I guess I'm going to take a minority opinion. I towed two jet skis with an on the trailer weight of about 2000lbs.
