Thinking of trading LR3 for 04 Disco

I am considering getting rid of my HSE (fully optioned) for a 2004 Disco S with a nice off-road kit including roof rack,ARB front bumper, (no winch) steel wheels with 255-85 truxus tires, the 2" suspension needs changed to an Old Man Emu kit but other than that it looks pretty good. Do you folks think I'm nuts for considering this trade. I have to date not one problem with my LR3 and I do use this truck off-road. I had a 04 Disco prior to the LR3 and it worked well in difficult terrain. Any input is welcome
