best tires for 2003 disco
Nitto Terra grapplers. Had them for almost two years, 60k. Good tread life and road traction both wet and dry. Good off road except in thick mud they will cake but thats southern red clay. And best of all not to bad on pricing lol- 'Fraid Knot

Ok according to the dealer, the problem is the DMTL pump also known as the evap pump. Anybody wanna back them up on that? Sound possible? I know nothing about emission systems. Its a $300+/- part, depending on where you look. I'm gonna take the hit and let the dealer fix it. :argh:- 'Fraid Knot

No problem. Started running funny today, so wife is at dealer as I type. So far from what shes called and told me there is something that pressurizes the purge valve system and that may be whats wrong so they are testing that. Sounds $$$$ to me, about to search for that unnamed part. Post more...- 'Fraid Knot

roof rack weight limit
I've got a 03 disco with a full length wilderness rack that mounts to the rain gutter. I've been told the weight limit is 200lbs, is that right? If so, how do the racks you can sleep on mount? I'd like to use mine that way. Any advice will be welcome.- 'Fraid Knot
