    Owner is looking to purchase a used ECU off ebay. Anything special we need to know? I thought I read somewhere that the ECU and alarm controller were matched/linked? I really didn't come across many hits when searching ECU replacement. Thanks for all the help.

    I tore it down to change the coil pack based on the original misfire codes/stumbling/stalling, reassembled it (ran perfect / later no start), tore it apart a second time to verify my work and then reassembled it again. Currently - everything is as it should be. Well... other than it not starting!
