Appreciate the write up, this gave me the inspiration to tackle the job today! Apparently I had an awesome scraper tool BC removing the old adhesive only took about 15 mins. The hardest part for me was getting the courage to use the windshield adhesive. That’s some seriously sticky stuff... -

185k miles and there’s a popping / clicking noise when under load either accelerating or decelerating. Drivetrain vibration around 50-55 mph -

Has anyone removed / replaced their front driveshaft (propshaft) from the t-case to the front diff? Mines clicking and worn. I got under the Rover and can’t figure out what needs to be removed to do the job.
