Another Coolant pass over issue
Let me chime in - I have a 2016 with only 11k miles.... But I have been reading about the cooling issue since the beginning - even to go so far as to make inquires about 3d printing custom replacement parts. Yes, its possible. But reading from above... Oil level check when cold
OK - Sorry - the above last posting - (Ill remove it) not correct - Here is what works - after the car has been running so this technique allows you to check immediately - no need to wait.... You have to have the hood up. Just Great --- no idea why the video is distorted... you should get...- Michael Puig

Just fyi - 2016 LR4 open the hood with keys in hand - push start button Let all the lights settle down and push OK on left side of wheel until you get the menu select the check oil level boom - it should tell you - i guess its the hood being open- Michael Puig

2016 LR4 Intelligent stop/start not working
2016 - SS stopped a month later - car started just fine - but when I called around everyone told me that it would act as a drain on main battery - but when I did oil changes - codes were pulled and no one said anything... no i dont have a reader - should probably get one though -- Michael Puig

Thoughts on 2021 Bronco as LR4 replacement?
Ill just say this - the new Bronco does have appeal. However, I lost a friend to the original - he was on the highway at night and swerved to avoid a tire left on the road. The car flipped. Short wheelbase is short wheelbase - be warned.- Michael Puig

Well crap!
back to the crossover pipe failure - it would seem that heat soak plus time could be the culprit. I had some conversations with some thermal guys - if you are going to replace the plastic parts - you could insulate the parts with something like exhaust wrap followed by gold foil - that would...- Michael Puig
