Differential, transfer case, driveshaft ... Your guess?
When I picked the truck up i unfortunately was in a rush and didn’t have time to ask. I’m sure any of them can make the same sound as the driveline is what’s vibrating and they extend down the length of it. I would try to get it up on a lift to see. -

Turns out that it was a heat shield a little out of wack and vibrating at certain times. I had done the tsb for the transfer case weight prior to having it in the shop and up on the lift so I don’t know if that “helped” the situation or not. Hope this helps someone in the future -

It does make noise in all gears based on how hard I hit the gas. It is not speed related. Cruising around like of the highway is quiet. It’s only when I accelerate or I’m going up a steep incline causing the truck to work hard -

I didn’t. I don’t really know how I missed it but that’s in the past. It’s rather low (although now that I hear it, it’s as loud as a freight train in my mind) and it isn’t in conjunction with shifts ... it happens with rpm. I’m going to service the transfer case and the diffs soon to see... -
