    Strange that it won’t jump start. Did you have the jumpers grounded to the negative battery terminal or to the chassis? Just thinking that it could be a bad earth strap, which would prevent a jump start if you were grounding to the battery terminal.

    My first thought would be a leaking injector - fuel leaks into the cylinder as it sets giving you a rich start. The other thing that comes to mind is the cracked fuel flange issue - are you sure you’re not smelling raw fuel from the tank (somewhat close to the tailpipes is the reason I ask).

    Probably that oil cooler tube in your picture, but I think it’s difficult to distinguish between the pump/oil cooler tube leak and the front crossover leaking. As I recall, the front crossover goes into the block just behind that area and coolant can run out from the same place.

    We have an inertia switch somewhere. It shuts off the fuel supply in a crash. Should be on the firewall passenger side - I haven’t actually laid eyes on it myself. To reset, I think you just push a button. I believe those RCM codes might be related, so you might need to clear the codes first...
