How do some 18’s fit & others don’t? Does that have to do with backspacing and/or offset? -

Odd man out here, but if I change wheel diameter (currently on factory 19’s) I’m going 20” not 18”. Not a fan of having to trim/grind/modify my calipers to fit a smaller wheel. -
LR4 Head Gasket
Mine was rebuilt but ultimately failed again within 3k miles. In my case the guy doing the rebuild just decked the heads & didn’t touch the block. I’m doing an engine swap to a 55k mile engine. -

LR4 Diff & TCase lifespan
What’s the average lifespan for diffs and tcase if they’ve had fluids changed at recommended intervals & haven’t been abused? Transmission? Airbags? -
275 or 265 with GAP tool only
I’d say it depends on the tires you run. BFG vs Toyo vs Cooper will all have slight variations even though they’re the same size. BFG tend to run small, Toyo & Cooper more close to actual spec. You may get away with BFG but switch to Toyo later and have slight rubbing. -

I highly suggest starting a new thread. I don’t know much about relays. Seems to me that if your compressor says amk the iid tool should read amk. But, I’m not an expert like some folks here. -

Sometimes diagnostics aren’t necessary to troubleshoot. Following advice here on the forum I removed the compressor cover and could hear leaking air from one of the brass fittings in the manifold assembly. I removed all of the fittings & used silicon tape to cover the threads. Tightened... -
