They are fairly easy to install, yet I managed to slightly screw it up. The only reason I would recommend having a dealer do it is risk vs reward. Some folks, and dealers, have cracked the glass roof during installation. Thats probably a fairly expensive mistake. I am sure you could get it... -

i wonder about the new connector. So, its just one end that changed, the side that connects to the phone. I believe the new lighting cable has the same usb connection at the other end. So you wont need an adapter to connect to an LR4, you just use your new cable....now, what sort of commands... -

I find my computer is about 1.5mpg more optimistic than my manual calculations...the mpg is not ver good, and as a result, the range of a tank, under city driving conditions is very poor -

Obdoc, I am, at best, moderately mechanically inclined, and except for one issue, had no problems installing the short roof rails. It's not a big deal...just realize, some members, and some dealers, have managed to crack the glass roof during install. Thats a pretty expensive mistake... -

The trouble with the 18's is that its not just the 2k for the wheels, or 1,200 for the tires, its where do you mount the 5th wheel? If you go to that much expense and effort to get the 18's, you probably won't put a stock size on it...then you need to mount the tire on your rack or buy the rear...
