Try these guys. I've had good experience with them in the past. Even if it's not on their web site, they'll be able to get it if it's available. And they're cheaper than a lot of other places online. I have no connection to them other than being a past customer.

Yes, but keep it in 1st gear low range, and let it almost idle up there. Don't want to bump the throttle too much or you're history. We had another guy in the group try to back into that spot and he almost went over... :shot:
I didn't realize they were all-terrains. The tread pattern looked more like regular road tires. What make/model/size are they? I've used both the Nitto Terra Grapplers and now the Cooper Zeon LTZ's both in 285/60/18. Both are all-terrains as well, but they have a more aggressive looking tread...
No, they don't rub in normal height even with stock rods. The only rubbing I've ever gotten is very slight near the front part of the rear wheel wells, and only when under extreme rock crawling conditions. Rock crawl mode is the softest and allows the greatest amount of articulation.
I have the same exact tires and wheel size. I just deflated the spare to ~15psi, then squeezed it up there just fine. I have onboard air to fill it up if I ever need it. The trailer hitch receptacle even fits around it, but just barely.
