Is this rack still available? I love the way it looks and would like it on my LR4.

Try these guys. I've had good experience with them in the past. Even if it's not on their web site, they'll be able to get it if it's available. And they're cheaper than a lot of other places online. I have no connection to them other than being a past customer.
