What are you carting around with you??
I can never get rid of all the sand in mine. :driver: And I don't forget: carseats tow straps tire pressure gauge dunes permit microfiber rags (to keep it looking clean even when it's not) dvds (for the fold down dvd player) and who knows what's in the center console... -
fender flares painted
the 09' parts/accessories catalog offers fenders and other components in certain colors. It's never cheap if done well unless you do a lot of prep/sanding/etc. I'd worry about scratching. -
LR3 questions
1. What do you meant headlights aren't auto? There is a setting for off/on/auto (far right). Am I misunderstanding this question? 2. Depending on which touch screen you get it may open up more options with an AUX for your Ipod and XM included. 3. I wish... :frown: -
Tire Advice
285/60/18 Nitto Terra Grapplers on my LR3 They ride smooth on road and no problems off road. I do have some minor rubbing when I turn all the way to the right due to the size. -

I've never encountered this with mine. Sorry about that, sounds frustrating. -
'05 vs Newer LR3's
Sweet...that's what I thought...I wonder if anyone on here has encountered any Transmission issues. Glad to hear the brake 'issue' can be a 'non-issue'. -

I got my white SE (Nav, DVD, etc.) for $27k w/ 34000 including warranty but wasn't through a LR dealer, 3rd party that had negotiated warranty w/ dealer. Seemed like a good deal at the time based on what I was finding. -

05lr3 I've had my 05' LR3 for about a year. It is still under factory warranty and I purchased an extended warranty (just in case). This vehicle is awesome! I don't do trails too much but I hit the dunes and tow a trailer. The only issues (knock on wood) have been: vehicle lunges forward... -
