Yeah I'm replacing both for peace of mind I have a 2010 with 82k miles on it. Hub bearing assemblies. I think you can do just the bearings but seems like more work. -

went for a drive today in the LR4. loud grinding noise up front. passenger wheel feels very loose with play in it. I am going to replace both front bearing assemblies tomorrow. -

Replacing tail lights with newer model
I recommend www.lamin-x.com for an alternative if you find the upgraded lights to be too expensive. I have done this on two other vehicles and it came out great. I need to do it to my LR4. -

when my battery went out. i got the diehard battery and did not reset the BSM. Mine worked. -
Got rear ended..
make sure they check under your rear bumper. mine was rear ended and the the factory tow cross bar had to be replaced cause it was bent. -
LR4 questions from a noob
yeah the navigation sucks. most cars navigation are not up to par with using google maps on a mobile device. as for tires I had the cooper LTZ's nothing but problems for me. they looked good but I could never get them balanced properly and they shook for me. I also got alot of screw/nails in... -

2013 LR4 Brakes $1400???
yup find an indy shop or a Friend that knows brakes. The pads are easy for all four wheels, the rotors are easy on the front, the rear rotors need a little more thought due to the emergency brake. Your mileage should only need pads and probably just on the rear wheels only. good luck -

yup happens to me about twice a year. I have to turn off and lock car....wait for 30secs or so then get back in and it works -

Need new lower control arm bushings
I dont think anyone here has changed the arms out yet. I almost bought a set and did it. i was having crazy shaking on the front end. not bad shaking....I just could never get it to go away. It ended up being my tires, the cooper LTZ's...I bought some new tires and my shaking went away... -
Rear ended yesterday
There is a cross beam under the bumper. Make sure they check that for no dents/damage. If so the beam will have to be cut out and welded back in. -
