Figured it out! The power supply distribution box sends power from battery 1 to the starter pinion relay and the starter motor relay. I am thinking that it is the tires, but I am going to ignore it for now. I am running 265-70/18s Lexani Terrain Beasts on Tuffants. They are E-rated, but are cheap (~$130 a tire). I will replace them with KO2s once they have outlived their usefulness, or once they get trashed on the trail.- Michael Gain

Diagnosing Vacuum Hose issue
It would let you know which part to replace vice replacing everything. The vacuum lines are not cheap ($30-50 a piece). I can second @scott schmerge . I will check again today. Install was pretty easy so I'm not sure how they could get damaged to be honest. I did buy them off of eBay, but they arrived in the timken box and looked high quality. The rotation was tight and smooth too. I may just pull both the front bearings and bench test them...- Michael Gain

The vibration wasn't as bad with the e-rated 18s on there. I think the lighter 19s could not scare the beast and this allowed it to return with a vengeance Tomorrow is another day for tinkering. Lol. Smoke testing would best, but you can improvise with soapy water, a tissue, or some other smoke source. Sounds like the vacuum line that connects to manifold. I would let it idle and and take some incense, or a punk stick, and trace the line. See if any of the smoke is drawn into the line that...- Michael Gain
