Ford ESP Warranty now available for all LR3s still under warranty
can you take an LR covered by this waranty to an LR shop? sounds like folks are paying 2K-ish for 6/100K miles.. there seemed to be some confusion.. this functions as an extension from the original 4/50 miles so its only covering it for two more years or another 50K miles? is that right? -

i have them. got them put on this past january. can't say much about their snow handling ability as we didn't get a ton of snow down here in boulder. but, overall, i think they are good tires and would recommend them. the only thing i noticed that was a bit weird is that their psi maxes out... -

New to LR3's have mileage questions...
not to throw a wrench in here.. but doesn't the LR3 start in 2 as a default in drive. seems like mine only goes to 1 is in sport mode or joystick mode. as for the joystick mode.. i think the big gas milage gain is getting into 5 and 6 as quickly as possible.. seems like sport mode around town... -

Important Safety note re: running out of fuel
as a side note.. last weekend i drove around with the range at '0' for about 10 miles. then filled up and found out i had approx .8 gallons still in the car somewhere ... they should make the 0 blink when you are right on the cusp of running out of gas :) -

Silent Armor Speed Rating
yeah. i have noticed i can no longer go 149 :( on the flip side, but butt doesn't feel as big :) i have about 1K on them. so far i am very pleased. they handle very good despite the aggro tread. only thing i haven't experienced with them yet is deep snow.. but did pretty good on ice. -

quickest thing to do is check out autotrader... and search for 2008s.. hoffman estates in chicago usually has decent prices.. in denver, LR flatirons has better prices than denver east.. -

its high.. i bought an 06 service loaner, with same specs as you describing here, but in 06 for 37K... it had 5K miles on it .. my local dealer is listing the 07/08 loaners for 42K... (window price, which means there is room to move) -
