How to remove a Tow Hitch?
So my used LR3 came with a tow hitch installed. Now I want to remove it and noticed that the keyhole is full of dirt and mud and I have no key! Suggestions? -

Got it all done. Drains were severaly plugged, got them cleaned and widened for better flow. The Airbag issue was unrelated, the indy shop discovered it was a loose switch or something, they fixed that and now that issue is gone too. Front cowl were fine, and the outside A-Pillar covers had... -

Thanks Trynian for the heads up. In that case I will try the front windshield then. ryan-in-oregon I guess I will put the GPS antenna in front, my HAM radio antenna is going outside on the roof of the car so that will be a non-issue. -

morrisdl, I was thinking of putting the GPS antenna behind the second seat dome lights, since there is glass on top of that which has clear visibility even from inside. Wouldn't have to put it outside at all. Or even on top of third seats area where there is no dome lights and in the area... -

Thanks Trynian. Went to the dealership, they had it for the same price. Took me 30 minutes to remove and replace it with the new one. Now even the door closing sound has changed - to more solid and heavy feel unlike the clunky one before. Now on to the next project, the driver side wet floor... -

It doesn't hurt to get the battery checked and/or replaced. Also look for corroded negative terminal on the battery. If battery needs replacing, which I will assume it does, do that first and clean the corrosion for sure. Keep us posted. -
