Regarding "LR4s having more vibration vs LR3 in the wheel/pedal under harder acceleration", I am able to eliminate the LR3's vibration by bringing the engine revs up by dropping down a gear (in sport shift mode) like from 5th to 4th.
Just purchased 4 replacement tires on my 2006 LR3 as they were at the end of their life. The tires coming off ( all season Generals) were replaced my the Michelin Latitude Tour versions in 265/60R18 from Tire Rack.
The biggest difference noticed is how much quieter the Michelin's are over...
