Looking at/for seat covers for my LR4 and it appears there are OEM, Escape Gear, Melville and Moon, Exmoor, Wet Okole and ???
I have the DVD headrests, and am basically looking for 1st and 2nd row. For the first row, I want them to be able to keep the mud, dirt and spills off the leather...
Yep, in George Washington National Forest. We're lucky to have it here, nothing is too challenging but it's nice to get out. The funny part was the dumbstruck look on the dirt bikers as I come pulling up the trails as they were coming down.
And they thought I was: :stupid:
OK, as we all know there are piss poor choices for LR4 19" tires and it appears that only the Adventure and Zeon fit...but neither are LT in 19". Not a tire expert, so please correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like the Wranglers have a standard passenger load rating...which is basically...
I think this nails it for a lot of people, plus the JD Powers surveys. There are so many wonderful aspects to the LR4, but there remains that fear you'll be stuck someplace if you're into off roading. I love the LR4, mind you, but it always seems that a quarter to a third are defective in some way.

ehh LR4 is marketing bs. I believe there was a slight motor redesign for 09 and definitely for 2010.
You can "trick" the ride height into thinking you need an extra inch. There have been several posts about how to do this.
I was wondering if any of you know the above angles for the 3 model years listed? If I 'member correctly, 09 gets a new rear bumper and am not sure about the '10 model. And then the bonus question would be: what would be the angles with the emergency height and 2" sensor mod???
Thanks
Thanks for replying. You raise a couple of questions,
Why didn't the G500 change your mind?
Am I off on my assumptions?
What is the wheel travel of the G500? They don't have a lot of info on their website...which bothers me for a couple of reasons: data hound and seems they don't care.
Looking at buying one of the 2 above and am looking for input. I am mostly concerned with general off road capability, light/med technical trails, and limited expedition capability (read as long weekends, not months). Eventually I’ll throw in a trailer for more storage, but storage is...
