2011 Lr4
I guess we got lucky with our Lugano Teal, no issues thus far and have about 5k miles on it and many trips with nothing but gas in terms of what it needs. We have an old 01 Disco with 180k on it so we are not new to the LR family - this vehicle does everything well and that is tough to do... -

Jesus. Here is the thing that gets me with this type of "engineering"....um there aint any. Its a cover up for poor design and resonance in the first place. Much like Porsche did with the 911 to counteract the engine weight in the back - put lead weights inside the chassis to balance...wtf... -

New to the LR4 and found up under the rear bumper these massive swinging solid metal pendulum type devices on each side - are these for leveling? Wondering what these weigh...?? Have to be like 20 lbs each... Anyone else notice these beasts? -

Small leak between tranny and oil pan...01 Disco

Avoid the 2010 LR4!
Uh - not to downplay the issue - but risking peoples lives? I think you have the classic no start issues syndrome that is being addressed in a TSB that was just released. It sounds like you need a software update. As far as the other issues...uneven heating in the steering wheel? Not sure... -

Does anyone have power folding mirrors on their LR4 - I read of this in the owners manual about holding down both L&R buttons - but does nothing on mine - I have every option but the block heater also - -
