Does anyone know how to convert a 255/55/19 tire into inches. I am a bonehead when it comes to this metric thing. I am trying to figure out what the overall diameter of my tire is. How do you get it in super extended mode? I have tried to get it in SE mode but have not been able to. I put it in off road mode and then put my foot on the brake and held the up suspension mode button for 5 seconds and nothing happened. Am I doing something wrong? Trevor- trevorrigiron

That makes total sense to me as I am an equipment manufacturer and if one of my customers monkeys around with one of my designs to its detriment I will void the warranty as well but then again I am sure some of my customers try and get some things by me.- trevorrigiron

I switched back to the original sensor rods before taking it back to the dealers. Switching back took me 16 mins. Not worth taking the chance. You do lean more cornering, but nothing scary. MT/R 19 finally here??
I have the GY 255/55/19's on my LR3 and I love them. They look good and tuff and they seem to handle very well on the road. I had the dealer put them on before I took the vehicle home and I don't remember much about the test drive but I am sure they are quite a bit louder than the stock tires...- trevorrigiron

Software lift? How do you get this software lift? Is it something that the dealer will do? I would like my LR3 to sit higher in normal mode, I have the Goodyear MTR 255/55/19 and don't have any rubbing issues but I think the truck looks better higher.- trevorrigiron

I am wondering if anybody knows of a way to tap into the air system on the LR3 so that you can air up your tires after airing down off road? I am a little surprised that the LR3 with its air suspension would not have some sort of provision to get air off of the system like the Hummer H2 has.- trevorrigiron

Snow chains
The chains that LR offers are RUD chains. If you look online you can buy a set of four RUD's for much less than half of the $700.00 the dealer wants for two. That is why I was wondering if there is something special about the set LR offers.- trevorrigiron

OK, I'm sold. I will get the Rover Specialties sliders. I can live with a little noise. Between the Goodyear MTR's and the roof rack it can't get much worse and its not really that bad now. I am not quite sure why you have to remove the compressor cover but I am sure it will be quite apparent...- trevorrigiron
