First Gremlin - Now I feel part of the club
I get a high pitch tone like you describe that lasts 1 to 3 seconds. I thought it was a brake pad squeal but it happens when I don't hit the brakes. In the 3 weeks I've had with the new lr4 it has happened a half dozen times. Usually happens at speeds 10-20mph. -

Lr4 Mpg

Ordered HSE .... They Delivered Base
I searched multiple dealers, you can't get black crossbars anymore, only silver. I picked the black up on ebay, they came off a ~2008 LR3. If I couldn't find a used one in black then I was going to buy new in silver and paint to match the blackpack. -

I'm at dealership, this is what they are doing ... $3000 off msrp, free winter mats & trunk liner. GM said when 2015 orders go live at end of summer, they will put an order in for an HSE for delivery with first shipment around december. He estimated that delta cost 7 months from now... -

As title says, went to pickup my LR4 today and got a surprise. They ordered all the options I wanted but instead of HSE, they ordered the 3rd row seat. This was an error on their part but they haven't out right admitted it. The dealer said it'll be 3 months to get a new lr4, the GM would pull... -

There is clearly a separate 3rd row seating in the vision concept. At around the 8 second mark they show two 3rd row seats folding down. Then the middle seat from the second row moving back and forth. -

Do we like the Black package on Corris Grey?
This isn't technically corris ..... It looks like a 2013 Orkney Grey with black pack. Corris would be darker and more mettalic. -

2015 the new discovery
The sketch has a hump on it just like the LR4. It won't be continuous like evoque. The image I made used the sketch as a template so the proportions for windshield and hood are pretty close. Things I learned while photochopping. The overall size of the LR5 is longer, increased length... -

Pics please --- IVORY vs BLACK lacquer trim
I found real photos of the ivory (see attached). I prefer the grand black lacquer over the ivory, but thanks to all the feedback here on scratch/dirt resistance of the black, I am likely changing my order to the standard walnut trim finish. -

On the first link there are actually two pictures if you slide the image right, you can see the shot of the anticipated Discovery 5 (LR5). This is the first spy shot I've seen that isn't a MY15 LR2. -

person on this forum claims to have inside sources confirming the new my15. Claims the lr2/lr4 merge to become the discovery series. I think it is possible that the leaked spy shots of the new 2015 lr2 is actually the replacement of the lr4... -

The sales guy told me it is because they are introducing the my15 in the summer. Said it will be a new body style and therefore dealerships are trying to limit inventory of my14. -

Pics please --- IVORY vs BLACK lacquer trim
found this pic, wish someone out there has real world photos / experience with this trim color and can share opinions. Looks like it's an offwhite to match headliner and ivory seats. Unlike the black lacquer, they don't put the trim on steering wheel with the ivory.
