2010 lr4 whine
Does it go away with increased rpm? While running at idle, can you isolate a general area? If it's not rotational, could be a loose vacuum connection. It's hard to say honestly without a general / specific location- Michael Gain

How to turn on sound when locking doors?
Haha nice Look in the driver side battery box. Make sure that the horn connector is still connected. I think that the only way for it to NOT function is if it is disconnected. If you're bored, you can also push the panic button and see if the horn sounds. If not, I would say it is electrical...- Michael Gain

You have the tool plugged into your laptop, but did you install the uploader tool onto your laptop? There should be a link on the GAP website to download the software. I would imagine that that is where you would unlock the tool.- Michael Gain

There have been those that have found disconnected ribbon cables underneath the driver-side a-pillar trim. If I remember right, one screw is located under the SRS cover and then it pops off. Google to verify though..- Michael Gain

TIRE noob HELP. Thought and input - Duratrac 275s
The spacer moves the whole air strut assembly south 2.5 inches. The shorter rods adjust the air volume for this 2.5 inches, thus creating a vehicle that is 2.5 inches higher, but with the stock air bag volume (think stock springs) if you just use rods, it is like having stiffer springs. Definitely sounds like a leaking thermostat. Or, one of the plethora of coolant hoses in that area. I could also be a water pump gasket. I would also check the valley underneath the intake manifold to see if you have any coolant in there. That would indicate the crossover pipe has failed...- Michael Gain

Oil leak is most likely your driver side valve cover gasket. There are no other oil lines above the front driveshaft. I would recommend a compression test prior to tearing into the engine. It could save you a lot of unneeded work. Definitely verify what you are smelling from the exhaust. Also...- Michael Gain

Sounds pretty good. No mention of cooling system maintenance though--water pump, crossover pipes, etc. When was the battery last replaced? What about brakes?
