Why would the compressor quit because you’re running a higher ride height? The system doesn’t run higher pressure because it’s sitting higher. In the case of the LR3, doesn’t a body lift give you the exact same benefit of clearance at zero air as the spacers without the worry of cv damage? I... -

Tool to push axle shafts in
I've never had a problem getting them out. I used a punch and hammer. If you're willing to pull the brake disc, you should be able to use a 2 or 3 arm puller that instead of one that goes on the wheel studs. -
