New member introduction.
Best mods are food/water/shelter/tire repair kits (with air tanks) and recovery gear. A good quality Satellite tracker or two way tracker to send messages. The more you modify the vehicle itself the farther away from help you can get before getting stuck.- joey

Unless I am mistaken, no vehicle in the USA is covered under lemon law if it is used, unless it was lemon'd already and was not disclosed in the sale.- joey

Discovery Window problems
Reset the windows. press and hold the down option when the window opens all the way hold for 5 seconds, then press and hold all the way up then hold for 5 seconds. This should work. -

Sorry about your experiences, sadly everything on the planet is on backorder it seems. I would think they could at least offer you a used rack, which may not be optimal but it would at least get you on the road.- joey

Blown Engine in Range Rover with Supercharged 5.0 via Overheating
This really depends on how much you like your Rover. So far it has cost you a $1 a miles to own it. This is cheaper than owning a Ferrari, but not as fun. If you can afford the engine rebuild, just know you will get somewhere over 100k miles before it happens again. So if you like it and...- joey

2003 can't maintain idle, bad random misfires
Never swap an ECU unless you have the computer to reprogram the system. I have seen corrosion in the ECU connector or even in the Fuse Block that can cause weird issues. -

Range Rover Sport 2012 - When to be concerned about the air suspension?
Yes it is perfectly secure as long as you don't park on a hill in Ice. The issue with the parking brakes is they can rust then stick, which means it will not release. Every all wheel drive vehicle in Ice on a hill will creep down the hill sadly.- joey

Water Ingress Driver Side
The top of a Disco is a complete separate piece and is sealed to the lower half, on the D1 it was steal, the D2 it is aluminum so the D2 would rust sadly, the D2 there could be a bad seal? -

There is a seem right there for the top, but I haven't seen one leak, but hey anything is possible.
