High beams and bumps
Stalk was firm, yet supple, so no wiggle room. Next time it happens, I'll have her check to see if the stalk is actually in the 'high beam' position when the lights go on or if they go on and the stalk is not engaged in the high beam position. Thanks. -

I am not able to reproduce it. Over the weekend, we went over some train tracks, slight bump, relatively slow speed, and the high beams came on. I'll give it a wiggle tonight to see if there is more play than the other stalks. Thanks for the ideas. -

As my wife reports, rarely, but swears it happens, a slight bump or jar will cause the high beams to go on and stay on. Hasn't happened to me. Anyone else? Thoughts. Thanks in advance. -
Pirelli Scorpion ATR
I just went with Toyo Open County H/T's from Treadepot.com. Quiet on dry road, awesome on wet and snow. Very affordable. I believe they also have an A/T. Good luck. -

Having the Toyo Open Country H/T's on for about a month, I have to say they are queit on dry payment and have handled the snow and ice that we've had very well. Extremely happy with them so far. And all in they were about $650. -

Just got off the phone with Treadepot. They did have the OC's, just did not list compatability with LR3 on website. Actually, $1 cheaper. Thnaks Mustbeaudi! -

Good points, but I couldn't find Open Countries in 255/60R18. Toyo's website only recommends the STii for the LR3 and lists it as an all-season. I would agree, the design is more performance than all-season, but that should help reduce the road noise. They were also recommended by a friend... -
Got bad news, tell me it's not so!
+1, we almost never use the onboard GPS, always plug in the Garmin. Lately, I find myself turning off the screen at night so it isn't so bright. They also want $200+ to load the latest maps. -

OK, thanks for everyone's input. After much searching by mfg and who carries what, I finally ordered the Toyo ST ii's. Predominately due to price, since wife is looking at the new LR4's. Treadepot.com offered (4) with UPS ground shipping for $577. I couldn't beat that for anything... -
