1997 P38 Front wiper issues-parking problems
My front wipers on my 1997 P38 will not return to the "parked" position. I have swapped out wiper motor and switch, problem still exists. The relays are 6 months old, new when I replaced the fuse box in December/January. Help!- mkawalchuk
