Break Lights wont come on.
Well, just an update. I check the switch as recommended, it turn out faulty. Went to the dealer to purchase a new one, switch it out and it worked perfectly. Fix all the warning lights and small issues it was having. Thanks for thr advice.. its been fun working on the LR3 and learning a new... -

Break Lights wont come on.
I'll check the switch. Is it right behind the break peddle? But you can be correct about the radio. I last seen it POP up when the key was off. -

Break Lights wont come on.
I checked the fuses and the bulbs. All are good. I seen in the Land Rover Book it says there's a fuse for the break lights in the rear panel in the luggage compartment. But I haven't been able to locate that particular fuse. Also, on the radio display screen, I get a low battery voltage.. any... -

Bonnet Open on 2005 LR3
Look for a thred I created not to long ago. It's title something down the lines of "hood closed, warning light on" there were a few guys that posted different suggestions. I tried one of them and it work. I was having a very similar issue. Good luck. -

"Ryan-in-Oregon" thank you thank you. i just came back from the local DYI car wash. i rinsed out the engine bay then used compressed air to dry evey thing up. after everything was dry, i started the Truck up, and no more warning sign.. :biggrin: than you very much. next time i have to remember... -

has any one ran through this problem before? My hood is properly closed and secured, but inside the message center, its indicating that the hood is open. any one have any suggestions? I wish they would sell a Chilton or Haynes type of book for these vehicles. it would make life much easyer and... -

thansk alot. i will look at the 2004 models. and 1997... i think i read some where that the 2003 models had air ride suspension and didnt come with the option to lock the front diff. so im assumin this are the year and model to stay away from.. well thanks for any help. just wanted to know what... -

well im looking for a daily driver but also a weekend warrior. something i can have fun with off roading with on the weekends out here in Colorado. im not trying to do anything to extreme but hit some trails and maybe trow some 32s or 33s with the regular bolt ons. ive seen the advarage price...
