what grade of gas should this thing be running on high test or mid grade i bought this thing used and there is no owners manual so i might have some stupid questions about landrovers but bare with me im new to the landrover stuff sorry for dumb questions -

i have a workshop manual its a vdr 100090 and doesnt tell how to change cly.sleeves and was woundering if they come out like a diesel as mine is a gas powered v8. so is it possable to inframe a v8 motor or does it have to come out to do such work. if im going to change sleeves then i am going... -

thanks for the info and is has been over heated twice for a short time when the water pump went out fixed that and drove it for awhile and now overheating problems for now what should i do if it does start over heating other then the head gaskets and probably heads sense it was hot twice...- multicar
