It’s not the plastic plugs that are the issue now, but mine were so sun damaged that only a few of them came out without breaking. I tried unscrewing them, etc, but they were just too brittle. After a lot of messing with them, I did finally get the plastic pieces out. -

Clear coat peeling on mirror
I live in San Jose, CA. The weather here is moderate, not too hot or cold. The LR does live outside though. Considering this is the only place on the LR with this problem, I’m inclined to think the mirror was repainted, poorly at that. Agreed! What wax does everyone recommend? -

Yep, those are my girls. They go just about everywhere with me (weather permitting). The darker of the two does have a thick undercoat, but I've been working with the Furminator a few times each week to reduce the shedding. I think I'm going to give the Loadspace Protector a shot. -

Captain, I know that feeling quite well. Our F150 and Forrester have the problem you describe above. I can't help but hope though that the Loadspace protector would help contain the hair a little. I guess there's only one way to find out. -
