Transmission Fault light at 2500 miles - MY14 LR4 Lux

Anyone has the OEM car cover, VUB504140, or experience with 3rd party options? Live in Northern California and want to protect from sun and tree sap. The OEM one does not say anything about sun UV protection. -

Seat memory tied to remote (MY14 Lux)
On my Acura the seat memory is tied to the remote so it auto adjusts the seats when I touch the outside door handle with keyless. We have the seat memory on the Lux but we have to manually push the 1,2 or 3 button. Am I missing something to tie them together? -

2014 electronics Shut Off after 10 minutes?
My wife got her new LR4 Lux this week and is loving it. She is getting used to start/stop but it does not seem like there is anyway to keep the electronics on when stopped longer than 10 minutes, even if we turn off the eco-button. Anyone have any ideas? The have the entertainment system... -
