LR3 Bumper Removal with added High Beams
If memory serves me correctly you have to remove the head lights and the grill to be able to get the front bumper clip off due to a couple bolts holding it on. To remove the actual main LR3 headlights, the grill has to come off. Really no way around it...unless you are talking about replacing... -

Front Windsheild Wiper Issues
Im gonna put money on the motor, i had a similar issue a couple weeks ago. Had same error code, but couldnt figure it out. Year later it took out my fuse box on the back side of it. Was a PITA but i would replace that motor before it kills more components along the food chain. -

Im running a BF KO2 265/65-18 and just fits, I found the trick to getting it to fit with the heat shield spraying a bit of silicone and using a floor jack helps it ease right in there. -
