    thanks for that. that's a good thought. I did think about something like that but I always thought air would suck back into the system .now when I started up on high idle I'll have heat but as soon as it drops down to regular idle it cools back down.really appreciate all your help Rover Owners.

    More than enough people have asked me is your 2011 LR4 a DIESEL? Well it's not but sounds like one. Rove shop said engine is good and strong. Another person with older R. R. said run 20/50 oil in it and it will take the diesel sound away. True/False?
