    Very high idle, 2800 RPM

My wife relayed some information and apparently there is a vacuum leak somewhere and it is covered under CPO. The battery "needs" replaced for over $400. I enjoy working on my truck and can change the battery, but is there a way to reprogram the computer myself without the IIDTool?

    Very high idle, 2800 RPM

It's now at Land Rover of Columbia, SC. Will let you all know what they say. They loaned us a 2018 F Pace.

    Very high idle, 2800 RPM

My Scangauge shows code U0447. Searching for that gives me cruise control or invalid data. I'm just going to call LR and get a tow truck to take it to the nearest dealer. I'd think a faulty cruise control sensor/switch/whatever would be under warranty.

    Very high idle, 2800 RPM

Thanks. I already looked for that. That was my thought with the engine light too. The tech at one of the dealers said it may not light up in the beginning of a failure. I do have a Scangauge and might as well try it when home from work. I assumed other shops couldn’t use the CPO warranty. I...

    Very high idle, 2800 RPM

I was concerned about shifting into drive or reverse with the RPMs that high. One of the local shops mentioned doing that but almost 3000 RPMs freaks me out some. Don’t want to add gearbox issues on top of this.

    Very high idle, 2800 RPM

I did not but will try when home. I could not find something simple like a loose vacuum hose. Makes me think one of the many sensors is going bad. We called the nearest dealer who couldn’t help and the dealer we purchased it from in TN said they have seen similar issues with LR4s. Sometimes the...

    Very high idle, 2800 RPM

My wife and I have a 2014 LR4 with 82k miles. It is CPO and for the most part has been reliable. We've only had to replace the LCA bushings and the Eco battery died. My wife drove the LR twice today without issue. She went to drive somewhere else and upon starting the RPMs hit 2800 and stayed...

That was my concern. Appreciate the reply.

    2014 LCA bushings

Hi, I haven't posted before but have read a lot of various threads. I have seen posts about LCA bushings wearing out, but after noticing 4 drops of what had the look and feel of used engine oil, I slid underneath and the drops seem to be coming from the rear bushing on the front passenger LCA. I...
