Chasing an idle misfire
06 LR3 4.4 with 92k miles. Started getting a misfire noticeable at idle, but not in park or while driving. No check engine light, no codes on the GAP tool. Researched it and first tried the throttle body and MAF clean...throttle response was noticeably improved, but the misfire continued. Next... -

Yea, we don't need access height for anything. It goes in the garage no problem and the wife is used to crawling in and out of the jacked up Excursion, so the LR3 is a piece of cake! Was originally looking for the 265 60 R18, but the load rating on the Firestone AT's was only 109 in that size... -
Removing front carpet
I ended up not removing the center console...I just pulled the carpet up as far as possible, squeezed as much water out by hand as possible, then propped it up and had fans blowing on it for a couple of day...it worked. -
