2011 LR4 Windshield Wipers Over-rotate

Suspension Fault
I have a chronic suspension fault warning. The truck is always level and at the right height - never drops to the stops. I get the warning also if I try to lift it for higher ground clearance. 2011 LR 4 won't turn over, locked in Park, emergency brake set
