    Dog, I would have them do the tranny reflash again. The reason I say this is because I know for a fact that most of the dealerships werent performing the flash properly. I think they werent exiting the program properly. Hopefuly this will solve your issue.

    My phonebook is comes up too. But my phone book is rather large and all of my entries do not come up. Does this software that you speak of allow you to use your complete phone book? If so I'm interested.
