2008 JD Power dependability study
I did not realize that they are lumping in that many years. No wonder they get those figures. Land Rover has come a long way since 1994. As usual, there is more to it than meets the eye. I agree Rich. I am a loyalist to LR and if possible will replace the Disco in the future with a LR3.- dcreekmore

Coolant smell, sloshing sound, but Rad is full....any ideas?
I had the same sound after I had my 60k service done. They had got air in the coolant system. I think some of the posters on here have some tricks to gettting it out.- dcreekmore

I have BFG All terrain 255/70 R16 on my 00' dico and love them. I have not had any rubbing issues. This is a great tire, and highly recomend. Do be prepared to pay though. Squeaking heater???
Well guys I have had preatty good luck. I removed the heater blower motor and basicly cleaned it up. I used a little machine oil and pure silicone spray to lube. The motor has not made a peep since. I am glad too, b/c I really did not want to buy a replacement motor. I will keep my fingers...- dcreekmore

Squeaking heater???
Well it seems that it is coming from the heater motor and it does seem to come out at times when making left hand turns. Does anyone have any idea on how to pull this motor out and check it? Is it something I can oil or lube like what 99d2 was saying? I pulled the tabs out that holds the...- dcreekmore

Squeaking heater???
Well I checked the coolant and it checks out ok. The heater has not made the sound today. It seems to do it when it's really cold. When I had the serpentine belt replaced they had to replace the idler pully. They said it had became warped. Not sure....I just don't want a small problem...- dcreekmore
