Hi,
My 4.6, 2000 plate, P38 is missing on leads 3,5 and 6. I took it to a main dealer who sugested changing the ignition coil pack (Bosch 0 221 503 407). Before I go ahead with this recommendation, does anybody have any advice as I think that the coil pack has 2 sides which the left provides 1,3,5 & 7 and the other the evens. My logic tells me that if it was a fault with the ignition coil pack then why would both side go at the same time?
I have not investigated further than get a diagnostic test!
Please help
Regards
Mark
