No issues... Since you just bought this used, if I could make a few recommendations. First and for most read though as many of these posts as you can (you will learn a lot about your vehicle).
Second, no matter what the dealer told you, if you don't know the real history behind your new vehicle I would recommend starting to do some preventive maintenance.
Plugs, wires, a can of seafoam in the gas tank, Have the battery and the Alternator checked, Check the S-Belt, Change all the fluids, included the Front and rear Diffs, the transfer case and the transmission.
Then I would also check the U-Joints on the driveshafts, they are non-greaseable and when they go bad it could cost you a transmission.
This all does not have to be done overnight, but at minimum I would get to the U-Joints and the Belt, then work from there.
